Conditions Explained

UNUSED: The product has never been used and sometimes it has the label on it
VERY GOOD: Very few signs of wear, almost not visible
GOOD: Some signs of wear which are referred at the description of the product and which we can explain with more photos and details upon request
FAIR: Many signs of wear. At the description of the product, you can see which ones and you can always ask us for more details and photos

Your satisfaction is our first priority!

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

The procedure is SIMPLE:

1. 1. You send an e-mail to [email protected] referring to the product,  your personal data, and your wish to return it. You will get an answer within 24 hours. You return the item in the same state that you received it, and if you don’t wish to exchange it, we send you back the money in the same way you paid.
      • Cash on delivery (for Greece only)
      • Credit card
      • Deposit in the bank-remittance (It takes some banking days).

1. You call us at (+30) 22210 93809 or text us in WHATSAPP or VIBER in the number: (+30) 697 1653499 between 10:00 pm -16:00 am (Weekend excluded) and you express the wish for return.

You bear the return transportation costs and you are solely responsible in case of any accidental loss or damage until we receive the returned item. If you fail to cover the return costs, our business is entitled to decline the returned purchase.
