How can I buy something?
You can make your purchase in three ways. Either through our site or through our phone number (+30) 2221093809 from 10:00 am till 16:00 pm or by visiting our showroom upon appointment.
Are your products genuine?
All our products are genuine. They are checked thoroughly by our experienced team and certified with an undersigned document by the owner of the product.
Apart from the e-shop is there a store where I could check and try your products?
There is a place where all the products are found and which although it is not a physical store, can be visited every day upon appointment except for Saturday/Sunday from 10:00 am till 16:00 pm. (Ask us for details)
What do you mean by “Unused”, "Very Good”, “Good” and “Fair” in the products?
When you see UNUSED, this means that the product has never been used and sometimes it has the label on it. When you see VERY GOOD, this means that the product has very few signs of wear, almost not visible. When you see GOOD this means that there are some signs of wear which are referred at the description of the product and which we can explain with more photos and details upon request. When you see FAIR this means that the product has many signs of wear. At the description of the product you can see which ones and you can always ask us for more details and photos.
What products I own, can I dispose for sale at your e-shop and how?
The products you could dispose for sale should be only from HIGH END DESIGNERS (Bags, Shoes, Accessories) for which you should send us photos through email. When they are accepted, we sign an agreement with you with the terms and the price you will receive if it is sold. After this, the product stays under our possession for an agreed period of time as a consignment and if it is sold we inform you. After the sale is confirmed, we send you the sum agreed. If not, the product will be returned to you. Shipping in both cases concerns the owner of the product.
Do you deliver your products worldwide?
For the time, we deliver only to Countries in the European Union.

How long will it take to get my package?
Can I have tracking number so I can follow my order?
Yes, of course, you can have the tracking number. An e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you after your purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
There are four ways of payment: 1) Deposit in our company’s bank account in Piraeus Bank 2) With cash on delivery (Greece only) 3) With a credit card 4) With PayPal.

Can I have a refund if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Of course, you can have a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as you return the product within 14 days from the date you receive it and this is in the same condition and packaging you received it. The only thing you need to do is to send us an e-mail with your intention to return the item.

It is useful for you to enroll in our newsletter because in this way you will be directly informed about our new arrivals, offers and special sales.
How can I cancel my order?
It depends. If the order has been processed and your credit card has been credited or if the product is on its way to you, you cannot cancel it. The only thing you can do is, when you receive it, to send us an email with your decision to return it and then after you send it back, we will start the procedure of giving you a refund after 14 days we receive the product. Remember that the shipping costs are yours.
