PRADA’S ballet flats are consistent to the name of the famous brand, as they are made from cracked effect dark grey leather and embellished in front with a nice leather bow and in front and at the hemline with wide black leather stitches which make them completely different from what you have worn up to now. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

The procedure is SIMPLE:

1. You send an e-mail to [email protected] referring to the product, your personal data, and your wish to return it. You will get an answer within 24 hours. You return the item in the same state that you received it, and if you don’t wish to exchange it, we send you back the money in the same way you paid.
