If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

The procedure is SIMPLE:

    1. You send an e-mail to [email protected] referring to the product,  your personal data, and your wish to return it. You will get an answer within 24 hours. You return the item in the same state that you received it, and if you don’t wish to exchange it, we send you back the money in the same way you paid.

You bear the return transportation costs and you are solely responsible in case of any accidental loss or damage until we receive the returned item. If you fail to cover the return costs, our business is entitled to decline the returned purchase.
